Carol AnneJOHNSENOf Belper, passed away peacefully on the 7th May 2019 aged 71 years. Beloved wife to Tim, loving mother of Alex and Erik and mother-in-law to Emma and Karen. Proud grandmother of Lloyd. Dear sister to Suzanne and Marie. Carol's funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Tuesday 21st May at 2.00pm.
